The apartment runs a full kitchen — oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and washing machine — alongside a dining table and sofa. Soundproofing and air purifiers keep the space calm above street level, and a desk with internet makes the flat workable for longer visits.

Upper floors are stairs-only with no lift; parking is available on site. Fifth-floor city views stretch toward the Old Town spires.
