Family house

Beside the Borjomula River corridor on Erekles Street, Family House is a self-contained guesthouse in Borjomi's spa-resort quarter, roughly 400 metres from the mineral springs entrance of Borjomi Central Park. The Caucasus ridge rises visibly from the balcony and terrace.

Rooms include full kitchen access, refrigerator, kitchenware, and a dining area — practical for families staying several nights rather than a single overnight. Interconnecting rooms and fold-up beds accommodate groups, while a washing machine and walk-in closet suit longer visits. An outdoor fireplace and private garden extend usable space in cooler months.

Borjomi's famous mineral water bottling plant and the Romanov summer palace ruins both fall within a fifteen-minute walk. The marshrutka stop linking to Tbilisi and Akhaltsikhe is under ten minutes on foot.
