Hidden within the Catholic hilltop quarter of Ano Syros, Lithos occupies a traditional stone house on the steep lanes above Ermoupoli, where Cycladic architecture meets Venetian-era campaniles rather than the whitewashed Aegean clichés found on Mykonos or Santorini.
