Opposite the Venetian-era lanes of Corfu's UNESCO-listed Old Town, Ionian City occupies the first floor of a residential building on Dimitriou Kavvada, placing guests within walking distance of the Liston arcade and the Old Fortress sea walls.

Rooms include extra-long beds, private bathrooms, a washing machine, and a full set of kitchen appliances — electric kettle, refrigerator, and tea station — making the guesthouse a practical base for longer stays rather than a single-night stop. City and landmark views are available from upper rooms, though upper floors are stairs-only.

Corfu Town's morning market and the Byzantine Museum both sit under ten minutes on foot. Check-in opens at 15:00; check-out is 11:00.
