Six detached studios and apartments sit in a garden compound above Nydri, on Lefkada's east coast facing the Ionian channel toward Skorpios and Meganisi. Each unit has its own kitchenette with stovetop and coffee machine, a private terrace, and parking on site — a practical base for families or couples touring by car.

Tile floors and single-room AC controls keep units independent of each other; daily housekeeping covers linens without disrupting long stays. Nydri's harbor, with ferries to the smaller islands, is a short walk downhill, and the Rouda beach strip lies a few minutes further along the coast road.
