La Magnolia B&B

Six rooms occupy the ground-floor cortile of a historic palazzo on Via Andrea Costa, a residential artery running west from Bologna's centro storico toward the Reno neighbourhood. The internal courtyard address keeps street noise low and gives guests a shaded private entrance separate from the building's main traffic.

Via Andrea Costa connects directly to the Viale dei Mille ring road, making La Magnolia a practical base for drivers who prefer to leave the car outside the ZTL restricted zone. The Porta Saragozza, one of Bologna's twelve medieval gates, stands within a ten-minute walk east.

Breakfast is served courtyard-side when weather allows. The B&B format means limited staff hours, so early check-in should be arranged directly in advance.
