Twelve self-catering apartments occupy a residential address on Via Giacomo Matteotti, placing guests in Bologna's northern fringe close to the Parco della Montagnola and the central train station, both walkable inside ten minutes.

Each unit is fitted with a full kitchen — oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and coffee machine — making Liluna better suited to stays of several nights than a single transit sleep. Family rooms are available, and an airport shuttle removes the need to navigate buses with luggage.

The surrounding Bolognina quarter is a working neighbourhood rather than a tourist corridor, with local markets and bars on the block. A convenience store operates on site for basics.
