Converted from its prior incarnation into a compact business hotel, Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Ekimae occupies a tower in Nishi-ku's Meieki district, steps from Nagoya Station's Sakura-dori exit. The location puts Nagoya Castle fifteen minutes north by subway and the Shinkansen concourse under ten minutes on foot.

Rooms carry the standard business-hotel formula — flat-screen TV, electric kettle, refrigerator, private bathroom with bathtub and bidet — but the bathtub separates it from shower-only rivals at the same price tier. Massage services are available on-site, an uncommon addition at three-star level.

Check-in opens at 15:00 with a staffed desk around the clock. Parking is available, rare for a property this close to a major terminus. Vending machines cover late-night snacks and drinks when surrounding konbini are the only alternative.
