The hotel draws the Roman jeweller's house aesthetic through — marble sourced from the same Italian quarries used in Bvlgari's Milan flagship, dark wood panelling, and handcrafted furniture with no off-the-shelf pieces. Il Ristorante Niko Romito operates on the top floor, the only Tokyo outpost of the three-Michelin-star Roman chef.
