Twelve rooms occupy a medieval tenement on plac Nankiera 1, a quiet square in Wrocław's Old Town a five-minute walk from the Market Square's coloured burgher houses and the Gothic Cathedral Island across the Oder.

Soundproofed walls and per-room air conditioning keep street noise out; in-room safes, laptop storage, and a desk make the property a workable base for business visitors attending the nearby conference halls. A sauna on-site offers downtime without leaving the building.

Private check-in, key card access, and a staffed 24-hour desk suit late arrivals from Wrocław Główny station, roughly fifteen minutes on foot. Pet bowls are provided, and hypoallergenic rooms are available on request.
