Converted from centuries-old volcanic tuff dwellings in Göreme's Gaferli quarter, Cappadocia Cave Suites preserves the original hand-carved ceilings and rock walls while fitting each room with air conditioning, minibar, and private bathroom. The terrace frames unobstructed views across the fairy chimney valley that no modern-build hotel on this ridge can replicate.

The on-site restaurant and coffee house draw on central Anatolian staples; breakfast-to-go containers suit guests catching early balloon launches above the Göreme Open-Air Museum, roughly 800m on foot.
