Twenty-odd loft-style suites fill a 1920s former bank building on South Spring Street in Downtown LA's Historic Core, steps from the Ace Hotel and the Broadway theater district. High ceilings, tall arched windows, and original terrazzo floors remain from the building's commercial past — kitchenettes were added later for extended stays.

Each unit functions as a small apartment, with separate living and sleeping areas suited to longer business trips or relocations rather than one-night stays.
