Built as a 1930s Art Deco apartment block on Washington Avenue, Casa Boutique Hotel keeps its original terrazzo lobby floor and stepped parapet roofline while the rooms behind have been simplified into a white-walled, three-star layout. South Beach's Ocean Drive strip sits three blocks east, and Lincoln Road's shops and restaurants are a ten-minute walk north — a practical, lower-cost base for travellers who want beach proximity without oceanfront rates.

Rooms are compact, with ceiling fans supplementing air conditioning, a nod to the building's pre-war design. Street-facing units carry more traffic noise than courtyard-side ones.
