Rooms stay compact but keep period details like porthole mirrors; a rooftop deck replaces a pool, with loungers facing the ocean over neighboring rooflines. No children's amenities exist by design, drawing couples and solo travelers over families.

Valet parking is scarce on this stretch of Collins, so many guests arrive by rideshare from Miami International, twenty minutes south.
