Roami at Factors Row

Fourteen units occupy a restored 19th-century warehouse on Factors Row in the French Quarter's edge, Roami trading lobby staff for keyless entry and a text-based concierge line. Cast-iron columns and exposed brick remain from the building's cotton-trading days.

Each unit is a full apartment with a kitchen, useful given the scarcity of grocery stores inside the Quarter proper. Bourbon Street lies four blocks north; the quieter Frenchmen Street jazz clubs are a fifteen-minute walk east, better suited to travelers wanting space to cook and self-sufficiency over daily housekeeping.
