Situado en el paseo marítimo de Atatürk Caddesi, en el número 180, el Labranda TMT Bodrum se asoma directamente al Egeo y queda a un corto paseo del barrio de la marina. El emplazamiento en primera línea de playa es real: tumbonas y sombrillas se disponen sobre una franja de arena privada, sin terrazas de hormigón de por medio.

Las actividades acuáticas abarcan desde el snorkel y el piragüismo hasta el windsurf y el buceo, todas gestionadas en el propio recinto. Un parque acuático con toboganes entretiene a los más jóvenes mientras el spa ofrece hammam, baño de vapor y una amplia carta de masajes. El hotel cuenta además con piscina cubierta y piscina al aire libre.

Con el ocaso, el programa de entretenimiento alterna espectáculos en directo, karaoke y discoteca, convirtiendo el hotel en un destino completo también de noche. El Castillo de Bodrum y el barrio del bazar se encuentran a un breve trayecto por la carretera costera.
