Fourteen self-catering apartments occupy the Atrium Residence on Rruga Selaudin Zorba, a quiet residential address in central Tirana within walking distance of the Blloku district's cafes and galleries.

Each unit comes fitted with a full kitchen — refrigerator, toaster, washing machine, and tea and coffee maker included — plus a balcony with garden views, making the property a practical base for longer stays or family groups. A sofa bed extends sleeping capacity without eating into living space.
