Twelve studio units occupy a residential block on Rruga Mujo Ulqinaku, in Tirana's Ish-Blloku fringe, a fifteen-minute walk from Skanderbeg Square and closer still to the cafes lining Bulevardi Dëshmorët e Kombit — a practical base for longer stays wanting kitchen space over hotel service.

Each studio has its own kitchenette and washing machine rather than shared laundry, geared toward guests staying a week or more. No restaurant on site; the surrounding Blloku streets cover that within a few minutes on foot.

Street parking is available but limited after dark, so early arrival helps.
