Tierra Quebrada Cabañas
Ruta Nacional 52 Ruta 52 y Av. San Martín
About Tierra Quebrada Cabañas
Past the turnoff where Ruta Nacional 52 begins its climb toward the Lipán Pass, Tierra Quebrada Cabañas occupies a quiet plot at the edge of Purmamarca, one of Argentina's most photographed Andean villages. The Cerro de los Siete Colores — the striped polychrome hill that draws visitors to this corner of Jujuy province — rises directly behind the property.
Cabañas here are freestanding units with private bathrooms, heating against the high-altitude cold, and in-room breakfast delivery. A garden with outdoor furniture and sun deck faces the surrounding quebrada landscape. The tour desk arranges excursions to the Salinas Grandes salt flat, roughly 65 km northwest on the same highway.
Purmamarca's small artisan market and main plaza sit within a short walk of the entrance. Airport shuttle and parking are available for arrivals from Jujuy Airport, around 65 km east.
