Sixteen self-catering apartments occupy a detached chalet at Kleinberg 1, on the quieter upper slope of Hallstatt village above the lake-level tourist crowds. Each unit runs fully equipped — oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine — making multi-night stays practical without relying on restaurants.

Balconies and terraces face the garden rather than the street, and soundproofed walls keep the interiors calm. Family rooms with sofa beds, high chairs, and a ground-level playground suit groups traveling with children. Ski storage, a nearby ski pass vendor, and ski school access serve winter guests heading toward Dachstein.

Hallstatt's famous lakeside promenade sits roughly a ten-minute walk downhill. Bicycle rental on site opens the Salzkammergut trail network; fishing permits are also available locally.
