Four suites occupy a restored canal-side merchant house on Coupure, one of Bruges's quieter residential waterways, roughly ten minutes on foot from the Markt.

Each suite is individually designed and occupies a full floor, giving guests separation from other guests rather than a hotel-corridor arrangement. Breakfast is served at a single communal table, timed to guests' schedules rather than a fixed buffet window.

Coupure runs parallel to the Dijver canal, connecting the city's southern ring to the old centre; cyclists use it as a low-traffic cut-through. The nearest bike rental sits two blocks east, useful given that Bruges's key sites — the Beguinage, the Groeningemuseum — are all reachable within fifteen minutes by pedal.
