Near the red-striped Santa Marta lighthouse — one of Brazil's tallest at 56 metres — this chalet on Rua Zenir da Luz Vicente sits inside the small fishing village of Farol de Santa Marta, a sand-road peninsula south of Laguna in Santa Catarina state.

The surrounding area is defined by two bodies of water: the South Atlantic to the east and Lagoa Santo Antônio to the west, making sunset views across the lagoon a practical evening option rather than a marketing promise. The village has no through traffic and no paved roads, which keeps noise low.

Farol de Santa Marta is reachable by a 20-minute boat crossing from Laguna or by a longer sand-track road. Local restaurants cluster near the lighthouse square, a short walk from the address.
