Sixteen floors above the Campeche district of Florianópolis, Casa da Miss is a fully equipped fifth-floor apartment with a balcony city view, outdoor pool, and beach access within walking distance — a practical self-catering base for families or couples exploring Santa Catarina Island's southern beaches.

The kitchen runs to a full stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and dishware, removing any dependence on restaurants. A washing machine and dryer sit in-unit, and an airport shuttle covers arrivals at Hercílio Luz International, roughly 20 kilometres north.
