Eight hundred metres north of central Jurere and just 100m from the Atlantic shoreline, this detached loft on Servidão Pedro Edmundo de Bitencourt occupies its own garden plot in one of Florianópolis's quieter coastal pockets.

The single unit runs fully self-contained: full kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, and washing machine, plus a private entrance and balcony with garden view. A sofa bed supplements the main sleeping area, making it workable for small groups.

Beach access is a two-minute walk. Parking is on-site, a practical detail given that Florianópolis's north coast requires a car for most errands beyond the sand.
