Across the sand tracks leading into Atins, Casa Serena operates as a detached guesthouse on the western edge of Lençóis Maranhenses National Park — the village that serves as the quietest entry point to the park's famous seasonal lagoons.

Family rooms come with full kitchen, stovetop, oven, and kitchenware, making the property workable for longer stays during the June–September lagoon season when water levels peak. A patio and garden face away from the main footpath, and mosquito nets come standard — practical detail in a delta-adjacent wetland environment.

Atins has no paved roads and no ATMs; guests should arrive with cash and packed provisions for the first night. The lagoon walk from the village edge takes roughly forty minutes on foot through open dune terrain.
