Eight rooms make up Upper Canada Coach House, an adults-only property on Nassau Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake's residential quarter, a short walk from the shops and theatres of Queen Street and roughly ten minutes on foot to the Niagara River — a quiet base for couples avoiding the summer festival crowds.

Each room keeps extra-long beds, private bathrooms, and a flat-screen TV, with air conditioning and heating suited to the region's swing between humid summers and cold winters.

Outside, a garden and terrace surround the outdoor pool, and loungers stay out through the shoulder season for guests visiting the nearby wineries.
