Luohu, the oldest urban district, borders Hong Kong at Lo Wu crossing. It suits travelers making a same-day trip south or shopping at Luohu Commercial City.

Getting Around

Shenzhen Metro runs 16 lines citywide. A rechargeable Shenzhen Tong card covers metro, buses, and some ferries. High-speed rail from Futian Station reaches Guangzhou South in 19 minutes and Hong Kong West Kowloon in 14 minutes.
