Peakview Retreat Yangshuo Yulong River

Eight kilometres upriver from Yangshuo's West Street strip, Peakview Retreat occupies Zhudouzhai village on the Yulong River, where limestone karst peaks rise directly from terraced rice paddies rather than souvenir stalls.

The Gaotian Township address keeps guests well clear of the Li River cruise corridor; the village lane connects to Yangshuo's cycling network, and Moon Hill's carved arch is reachable in under twenty minutes by bicycle. The Yulong River bamboo-raft crossing operates at the village edge, a quieter alternative to the packaged tours departing from town.

Yangshuo proper — night market, climbing outfitters, and the bus station for Guilin — is a thirty-minute ride south.
