About Eden Camp Abu Galum
Beside the protected coral gardens of Abu Galum, a Bedouin-style eco-camp on Dahab's northern fringe, Eden Camp occupies one of the few beachfront plots inside the Abu Galum Protectorate — a UNESCO-adjacent reserve where road access ends and the Sinai mountains drop directly into the Red Sea.
Snorkeling and diving leave straight from the private beach; the reef here sees a fraction of the traffic of Dahab's Blue Hole, eight kilometres south. Yoga classes, cooking sessions, and guided mountain hikes fill the inland hours, with an outdoor fireplace drawing guests together after themed dinners under open sky.
The camp runs without a star rating and keeps a deliberately low footprint: shared bathrooms, ground-floor units, and sea-view terraces made of local stone.
