Anchored in Rovaniemi's residential fabric at Lapinkävijäntie 37, this self-contained suite occupies a private apartment with hardwood floors, a full kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the inner courtyard — practical shelter for both aurora hunters and Santa Park visitors.

The kitchen runs to a full oven, dishwasher, stovetop, and washing machine, making longer winter stays viable without daily restaurant costs. A sauna is included — standard expectation in Finnish Lapland, but not always delivered at apartment-scale properties. Contactless and private check-in remove the need to coordinate arrival times around a staffed desk.

Rovaniemi Airport sits close enough that the included shuttle takes the edge off arrivals on dark January mornings. The Arctic Circle line crosses roughly eight kilometres north of the city centre.
