Hotels in Laxou

Laxou is a commune in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department of northeastern France, directly west of Nancy — the two cities share a continuous urban fabric. With roughly 14,000 residents, Laxou functions primarily as a residential suburb, offering quieter streets and lower accommodation costs while keeping central Nancy within a 10-minute tram or bus ride. The Grand Nancy metropolitan area surrounds it, and the A31 motorway runs nearby, connecting the region to Metz in the north and Dijon in the south.

Most visitors to Laxou arrive because of Nancy rather than Laxou itself. Nancy draws travelers for its UNESCO-listed Place Stanislas, its Art Nouveau architecture, and its university population of over 50,000 students.
