Four self-contained apartments in a neoclassical building on Emmannouil Roïdi, Thèros occupies one of Ano Syros's oldest residential lanes, 200 metres below the Catholic cathedral of San Giorgio and well above the Ermoupoli waterfront bustle.

Each unit runs as a full kitchen setup — oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee machine, and washing machine included — making it practical for stays longer than a weekend. Soundproofed walls and tile floors keep rooms cool; balconies and a sun deck face the Cycladic roofline with landmark views toward the Aegean.

Ano Syros is the medieval hill quarter, quieter and more local than the harbour district below. Upper floors are stairs-only, so the building suits guests who can manage the climb through the stepped alleys that define this part of the island.
