Hakone Ashinoko Bikeikan 箱根芦ノ湖 美景館

Fourteen rooms above the eastern shore of Lake Ashi, Bikeikan pairs tatami flooring and traditional slippers with direct views across the caldera water toward Mount Fuji on clear mornings. The ryokan sits at Moto-Hakone, the quieter southern end of the lake, away from the ropeway crowds at Togendai.
