Jūrmala: Baltic Spa Resort on the Gulf of Riga

Jūrmala stretches 26 km along the Gulf of Riga, just 25 km west of the Latvian capital. • Entry fee: Since 2013, a seasonal resort fee applies to vehicles entering Jūrmala between June and August.
• Season: Water temperatures peak in July–August around 20°C; many spa facilities operate through winter.
