The property operates by reservation only, with no signage on the street facade — a deliberate choice that keeps room counts low and service ratios high. Original Talavera tilework and a central patio fountain survived the restoration intact.

Colonia Juárez borders the Zona Rosa to the south and Bosque de Chapultepec to the west, making it a practical base for gallery visitors and business travellers working the Reforma corridor. The Insurgentes metro station is a seven-minute walk.
