Hotel Bo

Between the Cathedral and the Templo de Santo Domingo, Hotel Bo occupies a restored colonial house on Avenida 5 de Mayo in San Cristóbal's historic core. The property blends Tzotzil textile motifs with contemporary interiors — rough stone walls beside custom-woven fabrics from surrounding indigenous communities.

Rooms vary in layout across the converted building; upper floors catch the clearest light over the red-tiled roofscape. The rooftop terrace doubles as a cocktail bar with views toward the pine-forested highlands encircling the city at 2,200 metres above sea level.

The coleto market on Real de Guadalupe falls two blocks east; the amber and textile shops of the pedestrian corridor are closer still.
