Six floors of balconied rooms face the Atlantic directly from Agadir's Secteur Balnéaire, with the property's private beach a short walk through the garden rather than across a road. Windsurfing and canoeing are organised on-site, and the waterslide and water park keep families anchored through the afternoon heat.

The all-inclusive setup runs across multiple pools — a kids' pool separate from the main outdoor pool — plus a spa, fitness centre, and evening entertainment programme with dedicated staff. The restaurant covers special-diet requests and a kid-friendly buffet runs alongside the main service.

Agadir's reconstructed centre is roughly three kilometres north; the Souk El Had market is the practical reason to leave the beachfront. Upper floors require stairs only, worth noting for guests with mobility needs.
