Dar LEULEU

An 8th-generation riad tucked in the Bin Lamaassar derb of the Medina, Dar LEULEU keeps its original tadelakt courtyard walls and carved cedar ceilings behind an unmarked wooden door. Rooms open onto the central patio rather than a corridor, so plumbing and wiring run visibly along the walls, part of the restoration's deliberate honesty.

A rooftop terrace catches the Koutoubia minaret above the surrounding rooftops. Jemaa el-Fna square lies roughly ten minutes on foot through narrow derb passages, making a short guided walk useful on first arrival for orientation rather than convenience alone.
