Tucked into a narrow derb off Riad Zitoun Jdid, Riad ADI occupies a restored courtyard house six minutes' walk from Jemaa el-Fna, its arched patio and tiled fountain shielding rooms from the medina's street noise. A rooftop terrace overlooks the Koutoubia minaret to the west, making it a practical, low-cost base for backpackers and first-time medina visitors wary of getting lost after dark.

Rooms stay simple — whitewashed walls, wrought-iron beds — with staff on hand to guide guests through the souk's tangle of alleys to Bahia Palace and the tanneries beyond.
