Riad Maiya

Below the rooftops of the Mouassine quarter, Riad Maiya occupies a restored courtyard house on Derb Lalla Azouna, a narrow lane in Marrakech's medina reachable only on foot. Tiled fountains and citrus trees fill the central patio, with a plunge pool set beneath the open sky.

Rooms circle the courtyard on two levels, each with hand-carved plasterwork and cedar-beam ceilings. Jemaa el-Fna lies a ten-minute walk south, making the riad a quiet base for travellers wanting medina immersion without square-side noise.
