Fourteen rooms wrap a central courtyard in Riad Timitar, a traditional Moroccan house on Rue de Berrima 87 in Marrakech's medina quarter. Original zellige tilework lines the fountain basin, and carved cedarwood screens filter afternoon light across the lower salon.

Guest rooms vary by floor: ground-level chambers stay cool through summer heat, while upper rooms open onto the roof terrace with views across the medina roofline toward the Atlas foothills. Breakfast is served courtyard-side each morning.

Rue de Berrima sits within the southern medina, a short walk from the Mellah district and the Bahia Palace. Djemaa el-Fna square is reachable in roughly fifteen minutes on foot through the souk lanes.
