L'Alcazar

Eight guest rooms fill a restored riad in Bab Laalou, tucked inside Rabat's Hassan medina walls off impasse Benabdellah. Carved cedar ceilings and zellige tilework surround a central courtyard where breakfast is served under an open sky.

Each room differs in layout, some with private terraces overlooking the medina rooftops. The Hassan Tower and Mohammed V Mausoleum are a ten-minute walk north, making this a quiet base for travellers who want medina character without traffic noise.
