Heritage Room

Built in traditional Omani mud-brick style along the Muscat–Nizwa Road, Heritage Room places guests within direct sightline of the Hajar Mountain ridgeline that frames Nizwa's ancient falaj irrigation system below.

Each room carries a private entrance, sitting area with sofa, and a tea and coffee station — practical detail for guests arriving after the two-hour drive from Muscat. Mountain and landmark views face the direction of Nizwa Fort, the 17th-century drum tower that anchors the old town a short drive away.

Nizwa's souq, one of the oldest in Oman and still active for silver khanjar trade on Fridays, sits within ten minutes by car. Parking is on-site, useful given the property's road-corridor address rather than a walkable town centre.
