Pensiunea Kant

Tucked along Aleea Filozofilor — Philosophers' Alley — in Sibiu's leafy residential fringe, Pensiunea Kant sits a ten-minute walk from the medieval Grande Square and Brukenthal National Museum, a quiet base for travellers exploring Transylvania's best-preserved Saxon city.

The four-star guesthouse occupies a compact villa where rooms lean toward warm timber and local textiles rather than corporate fittings. Aleea Filozofilor itself is one of Sibiu's more atmospheric side streets, shaded and unhurried compared to the cobbled tourist centre.

The city's covered passage, Pasajul Scărilor, and the iron footbridge over the lower town are both reachable on foot in under fifteen minutes. Trains to Braşov and Cluj depart from Sibiu station, roughly two kilometres west.
