Fourteen rooms and suites occupy a purpose-built contemporary property on Studentski trg — Belgrade's quietest central square, flanked by the National Museum and the Faculty of Philosophy, two minutes' walk from Knez Mihailova street.

The spa runs a full circuit: indoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and treatment rooms offering back, neck, foot, and full-body massage. A personal trainer works out of the fitness centre by appointment. The restaurant sources regional Serbian produce and delivers breakfast directly to rooms on request.

Square Nine holds Leading Hotels of the World membership, a designation requiring annual inspection — one of only a handful of Balkan properties to carry it. Kalemegdan fortress, where the Sava meets the Danube, is a ten-minute walk northwest.
