Villa 1869 Zemun

Eight rooms inside a restored 1869 villa on Lagumska 12, Villa 1869 Zemun occupies one of the oldest surviving residential buildings in Zemun — the historic district that sat inside the Austro-Hungarian empire until 1918 and still reads architecturally distinct from central Belgrade.

Each room carries soundproofed walls, a private bathroom with shower, slippers, and a kitchenette stocked with refrigerator, kettle, and full kitchenware — a practical setup for guests staying several nights. A terrace extends the living space outward toward the Zemun streetscape.

The Danube quay is a ten-minute walk downhill; the Gardoš Tower, Zemun's medieval landmark, stands three blocks away. Belgrade's Stari Grad is reachable by bus in under twenty minutes from the nearby Zemun stop.
