Sixteen rooms occupy a converted warehouse on Romney Road in Green Point, Cape Town, ten minutes on foot from the Waterfront and a similar walk to Green Point Stadium — a fit for travellers who want harbour-district access without paying Waterfront hotel rates.

Rooms keep exposed concrete and steel-frame windows from the building's industrial past; the roof deck faces Signal Hill rather than the harbour, quieter at sunset than the marina-side bars below.

Mouille Point's lighthouse promenade starts two blocks north, flat enough for an early run before the wind picks up.
