The all-inclusive format covers game drives, meals, and selected drinks, removing the per-excursion arithmetic that complicates most crater-rim stays. Lodge staff coordinate crater floor descent permits — capped at 60 vehicles daily — so departure slots are locked the evening prior rather than settled at dawn.

The crater access road forks just below the property, keeping pre-sunrise game drive transfers to minutes rather than an hour. At this elevation, temperatures drop sharply after dusk; rooms are fitted with fireplaces as a practical measure, not an ornamental one.
