The FEST-group's flagship property on Rynok Square 15A places guests inside a restored Renaissance townhouse on Lviv's UNESCO-listed medieval market square, one of Central Europe's best-preserved ensembles.

Each room draws on a distinct chapter of Lviv's history — Austro-Hungarian bureaucracy, Soviet-era absurdism, interwar café culture — with custom furniture and original artwork rather than generic reproduction prints. The stone-vaulted ground floor doubles as a bar open to both guests and locals, a deliberate design choice by FEST to keep the hotel connected to neighborhood life.

Rynok Square sits ten minutes on foot from the Ivan Franko Theatre and fifteen from the Lychakiv Cemetery, Lviv's 19th-century open-air monument. Tram lines on Prospekt Svobody, three blocks west, link to the railway station in under twenty minutes.
