Crosby Street Hotel

Wrapped into the cast-iron fabric of SoHo, Crosby Street Hotel occupies a purpose-built property on a cobblestoned block where most neighbors are 19th-century loft conversions. The building's floor-to-ceiling windows nod to the warehouse aesthetic without replicating it.

The hotel is a Kit Kemp design, her New York flagship, with each room carrying individually commissioned artwork and bespoke upholstery rather than a rollout scheme. A glass-walled atrium sculpture garden sits at the ground level, rare open space on a Manhattan side street.

Crosby Street runs one block east of Broadway between Houston and Spring, putting guests inside SoHo's gallery and boutique core. The 6 train at Spring Street is two minutes on foot; the Holland Tunnel for New Jersey access is a twelve-minute walk west.
